Improved Arcane shot, and restore mana for long fights in instances. Bad if you roll on someone elses item, but if no clothwearer needs, and the axe was from BG? Can't see the problem.

I'm so sick of this, honestly, I see more 12 year olds rolling rogues than anything else. Every ninja I have met so far was a warrior/rogue.

besides its an alterac rep reward i as a mge would never use this. our only arc dmg spells are am and ae, for both +dmg gear is nearly useless
