When this ring first dropped for my guild in MC, the spellcasters forgot that the ring was useful and a pally has it banked now. Now they know better, but a little late.
"now my ARCANE SHOT CAN DEAL 10k damage!" I seriously doubt you deal 10,000 damage in one instant cast attack, especially because you only get 30% of the bonus from equipment on instant-cast spells. That's what makes +spell damage so useless for Hunters
I've been in a few raiding guilds that raid MC and in all that time i've never seen a hunter spend points on this..but maybe that's because uh..it's not that great for their class?

this is from MC, all guilds that run MC, run DKP, so he had to spend DKP on it, its his choice, it wasnt ninjaed
